I vision a person you work with and social worker with a large key. This may be a key to freedom if DOLS assessment lead to them returning home, key to accessing local services, key to knowing their rights and responsibilities. In an opposition to the key of a gate keeper I guess, it is the key to knowledge, understanding, growth
