Barnet’s dynamic postgraduate one-year ASYE programme gives the newly qualified social worker the opportunity to experience:
- Bespoke training, which is dynamic, creative and interactive
- Thematic Live Learning Days which include one to one guidance on active cases from specialists
- Personalised support from assigned ASYE Lead Officer
- Use of one to one critical reflective supervision sessions throughout the programme
- A protected caseload which is regularly monitored, to ensure safe and manageable casework at all times
- A generous pay increment upon successful completion of the programme
