Our ASYE recruitment takes place around May/June of each year and our recruitment method is a 3 part process comprised of a group challenge, written exercise and if successful in stage 1 and 2, a panel interview. We recruit to different teams across Children’s Social Care, including MASH, initial assessment and long term child protection.
